The Phasemodel of the Biorhythm

Phases, critical days, maximum and minimum explained simply

Image Description

The biorhythm follows the course of a sine curve. The beginning is at the zero point (birthday). After that, the curve starts to rise to the maximum and then falls again to the zero point. This phase covers half the period and is also called the active phase. The regeneration phase begins, which falls from the zero point to the minimum and then rises again from the minimum to the zero point. The zero points have a special meaning (critical days).

Image Description
positive area of a biorhythm
If the value is in the positive range (from 1 to +100), their respective abilities are strengthened. Activities now lead more easily to the goal.
negative range of a biorhythm
If the value is in the negative range (from -1 to -100), their respective abilities are weakened. The abilities should be regenerated.
critical days of a biorhythm
Days when the biorhythm changes from positive to negative or vice versa are the days that tend to be "worse". The value of the biorhythm is then zero. On these days, performance and attention can be significantly lower and peak performance cannot be expected. In times of great mental tension, illness or high physical or mental stress, you should be careful on these days.
critical days of several biorhythms
The days when 2 or 3 biorhythms change the range at the same time are especially critical. 2 biorhythms are in the critical range at the same time about every 1.75 to 2.5 years, all three biorhythms only about every 58 years.
maximum
The maximum is reached at a value of +100. Here all things that are affected by the respective biorythm are at their most powerful value.
Minimum
A value of -100 is the minimum. All affected functions are at their lowest level.
